About Me
I'm a Solution Architect who helps enterprises modernise through AI and intelligent architecture. I work with organisations across industries to design and deliver systems that actually work — not just in theory, but in production.
My background spans consultancies, enterprises, and multiple verticals. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what looks good on a slide deck but falls apart at scale. That experience shapes how I approach every project: with pragmatism, architectural rigour, and a bias towards shipping.
The thread that ties it all together is solving real problems through architecture. Whether it's automating paper-based processes across 20+ sites, designing cloud strategies that leadership can actually understand, or building AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI — I focus on outcomes, not technology for technology's sake.
Right now, I'm focused on the intersection of AI and enterprise architecture — helping organisations figure out not just what's possible with AI, but what's practical, valuable, and deployable.

What Makes Me Different
Cross-Vertical Experience
I've worked across manufacturing, energy, financial services, and more. Patterns that work in one industry often unlock breakthroughs in another.
Architecture-First Thinking
I start with the problem, not the technology. Good architecture means systems that scale, integrate, and evolve without constant rework.
Builder, Not Just Advisor
I don't hand over a document and walk away. I architect, build, and deliver. From strategy through to production.
Speaking & Community
I regularly share what I'm learning through conference talks, community events, and my YouTube channel. I've spoken at events including EPPC and D365PPUG Manchester, covering topics from enterprise automation to AI strategy.
I'm also involved in the Scottish Power Platform User Group, helping build a community of practitioners who share real-world experience and practical knowledge.
